2026 Field to Fork Dinners

Dates to be Announced

Honey Rock Landing has hosted two unforgettable field-to-fork dinners this year, and each one was truly special.

Guests enjoyed strolling through the orchard, seeing firsthand where the ingredients for their meals were grown, before gathering around a communal table to share in exceptional food, conversation, and connection.

With Chef Adam Waugh of Red Rocks and Chef Mike Winston of Le Snack creating inspired seasonal menus, each evening celebrated the very best of our harvest in remarkable ways.

We’re grateful to everyone who joined us and made these dinners so memorable—and we look forward to welcoming you to future farm-to-table experiences at Honey Rock.

Chef Mike, a classically trained chef who began his career apprenticing at the Sonnenalp Resort in Vail, has spent more than two decades working in kitchens from Denver and Durango to Martha’s Vineyard. His cooking reflects a New American style, rooted in seasonality, fresh ingredients, and timeless technique.

Michael and his wife Megan moved to Grand Junction in 2019 with a vision of opening their own food business. That dream came to life in 2022 with Le Snack at The Ordinary Fellow in Palisade, where for two years they served as the winery’s in-house culinary partner.

In 2024, they transitioned Le Snack into a catering company, bringing thoughtfully crafted menus to private gatherings, event spaces, and vacation homes across the Valley.
