Our harvest celebrations are all about community, connection, and the joy of experiencing the bounty of the land.
Guests staying in the Cave Suites can enjoy intimate weekly gatherings, while our monthly harvest celebrations are open to the public, inviting everyone to share in the flavors and rhythms of the farm and orchard. Each event features fresh, seasonal ingredients from our greenhouse, market garden, and orchard, thoughtfully prepared and presented to delight the senses.
From strolling through lush orchards and vibrant gardens to gathering around long tables for good food and conversation, every moment is designed to foster connection—with each other and with the land that sustains us. Meet Our Chef: Mike Winston
Chef Mike Winston brings over 20 years of experience and a New American, seasonal approach to Honey Rock Landing.
With a background including the Sonnenalp Resort in Vail and kitchens across Colorado and Martha’s Vineyard, his cooking highlights fresh, farm-grown ingredients with refined technique.
On weekends, Chef Mike prepares breakfasts, lunches, and dinners for guests, while also crafting the menus for our harvest celebrations. From farm-fresh mornings to open-air dinners, his cuisine is at the heart of the Honey Rock experience.
