2025 Farm to Table Dinners

Saturdays - September 13th & October 18th

It’s finally here—our very first all-inclusive weekend farm stay and farm-to-table dinner event!

You don’t have to be an overnight guest to enjoy the dinner, but you will need to purchase a ticket in advance.

Arrive early and take your time to stroll through the orchard and see exactly where the ingredients on your plate are grown. The evening will feature a communal, family-style meal designed to spark conversation, connection, and community.

We can’t wait to welcome you to the farm and share this special evening together!

Join Honey Rock alongside Red Rocks Chef Adam Waugh and Chef Mike Winston of Le Snack for unforgettable field-to-fork experiences—culinary celebrations showcasing the fresh, seasonal produce grown right here in our orchard.

Make it a weekend escape! Dinner is included when you book a two-night stay in one of our new Cave Suites and enjoy the orchard both before and after our dinner experience.

September 13th

Chef Adam is a well established chef and visual storyteller who creates dining experiences that feel both refined and deeply connected to the earth.

His gatherings range from intimate multi-course dinners in private homes to thoughtfully prepared meals served in wild, open landscapes, each menu shaped by the rhythms of the season and the work of local farmers and ranchers.

With a style that blends warmth, artistry, and hospitality, he transforms food into a medium for connection. Through his creative studio, Bodhi Media, he extends this vision into photography and visual art, weaving together images and flavors that honor the land and the people who cultivate it.

Chef Mike Winston

October 18th

Chef Mike, a classically trained chef who began his career apprenticing at the Sonnenalp Resort in Vail, has spent more than two decades working in kitchens from Denver and Durango to Martha’s Vineyard. His cooking reflects a New American style, rooted in seasonality, fresh ingredients, and timeless technique.

Michael and his wife Megan moved to Grand Junction in 2019 with a vision of opening their own food business. That dream came to life in 2022 with Le Snack at The Ordinary Fellow in Palisade, where for two years they served as the winery’s in-house culinary partner.

In 2024, they transitioned Le Snack into a catering company, bringing thoughtfully crafted menus to private gatherings, event spaces, and vacation homes across the Valley.
