Terms and Conditions

Check-In / Check-Out 
Check-in time is 3:00 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. 

Occupancy and Child Policy 
Children aged 0–2 stay free of charge. Children aged 3–12 are considered "kids" and should be booked accordingly. Guests aged 13 and above must be added as adults. 

Rates and Taxes 
All rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes. Rates are also subject to change without prior notice. Additional taxes and fees may be due at checkout.  

Damage Responsibility 
Guests are financially responsible for any damage to the suite or its furnishings that occurs during their stay. 

Weather Policy 
Cold or inclement weather does not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund unless management determines that conditions make it unsafe to stay. 

Occupancy Limits 
Each suite has a specified occupancy limit detailed in its description. Parties exceeding the maximum occupancy will not be permitted to check in. 

Weekend Inclusive Stays and Cancellations 
For weekend stays, a deposit equal to the first night’s room cost is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due upon check-in. Guests may cancel their reservation up to 3 days prior to arrival to receive a full refund of their deposit. Cancellations made within 3 days of arrival will forfeit the deposit. 

Mid-Week Stays and Cancellations 
For mid-week stays, a valid credit card is required at the time of booking. All balance due at time of check in. Guests may cancel up to 24 hours prior to arrival without penalty. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of arrival are subject to a $100 cancellation fee. 

Invalid Payment 
If the credit card provided is invalid, your reservation will be automatically cancelled. 

Reservation Availability 
In the rare event we are unable to honor a confirmed reservation due to availability, any payments made will be refunded in full. 

Early Departure / No Show 
Guests who depart early or do not arrive for their reservation will be charged the full rate of their stay. 

Pet Policy 
To protect our organic soil and crops, pets are not permitted on the orchard premises. Guests requiring a service animal may contact us in advance to make arrangements.
