Canyon Peach U-Pick ‘em

The orchard is located 3 miles down Dominguez Canyon Road, just off Highway 50.

Directions:

• By Car: Take Highway 50 to Dominguez Canyon Road and drive 3 miles into the valley. Enter through the farm gate, continue past the young orchard and over the railroad tracks. Turn left and follow the road to the U-pick stand. Park along the tracks—staff will meet you there.

• By River: Paddle in from the Escalante put-in (1.5–2 hours) or Bridgeport take-out (3 hours). Look for the orchard's sign on the left side of the river at the take-out.

Glohaven Peaches: 

• Color: Yellow skin with a red blush. 

  Taste: Sweet, rich flavor. 

  Texture: Firm flesh, good for canning. 

  Ripening: Mid-season

Blushingstar Peaches: 

• Color: Creamy white skin with a red blush. 

  Taste: Very sweet, low acid. 

  Texture: Soft, juicy. 

  Ripening: Mid to late season

Red Globe Peaches: 

• Color: Bright red skin. 

  Taste: Sweet, juicy. 

  Texture: Firm, good for shipping and fresh eating. 

  Ripening: Late-season. 

It costs $2 per person to register for the event, which guarantees you a particular time slot.

You may pick as much fruit as you would like. Price of peaches is based on the season.

We accept major credit and debit cards through our Square account, as well as cash and venmo.

When you arrive, follow the signs to the U-Pick meeting area. Our friendly staff will greet you, and you'll have a short safety briefing before heading out to enjoy the orchard.

Yes! There are two standard bathrooms and one port-a-potty near the picking area that all guests are welcome to use.

Water bottles and other refreshments are available for purchase at the commissary area and rafter shack.

Picnicking in the orchard isn’t permitted, but you're invited to enjoy your meal on the lawn near the Rafter Refreshment Stand or at the stone dining patio.

Shaded picnic tables by the river offer a peaceful and scenic spot to relax.

We warmly welcome the whole family to join in this fun event! However, please note that the farm is not wheelchair accessible, and uneven gravel roads and pathways may make access challenging for elderly or disabled guests.

For the safety of our crops and to stay in line with our GAP certification, we’re unable to allow pets or animals on the orchard.

We recommend wearing closed-toe shoes and long sleeves while on the farm. Mosquitoes can be plentiful along the river’s edge during certain times of the year, so long pants are a good idea.

With over 300 sunny days a year in our canyon, don’t forget sunscreen and a hat to protect yourself from the sun!

Yes, we are certified organic and regenerative.

1. All U-pick participants will receive GAP training and a safety briefing when they arrive and will also fill out a liability waiver. No one without GAP training, a safety briefing, and a signed liability waiver will be allowed to enter our crop growing areas/orchard blocks.

2. While you in any crop growing areas/orchard blocks, you may not smoke, spit, chew gum, eat, or drink anything other than water.

3. Please do not touch anything in our crop growing areas/orchard blocks except the fruit that you are picking. We work hard to ensure the farm is a safe place for you — so please respect our trees, our crops, our farm animals, and any wildlife that may be present.

4. Please do not climb our fruit trees, as these are carefully maintained. This is primarily for your safety, but we also want to ensure that our trees remain healthy for future harvests. If fruit is out of your reach, it is ok to leave on the tree – there is plenty!

5. Please wash all produce before eating it.

6. Wash hands before entering a crop growing area/orchard block as well as after using the restroom.

7. Bags for U-pick will be provided. Please do not use your own containers until after you have purchased the fruit.
